Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way.

TREADMILL CLASSES
- Speed Edge (Offered Mondays/Tuesdays): Push your limits with high-intensity intervals and hills.
- Threshold Edge (Offered Wednesday/Thursday): Build endurance and stamina with longer intervals.
- Vertical Edge (Offered Fridays): Strengthen your legs and improve your trail running with incline intervals.
Group Strength and 1:1 Personal Training
- Group Strength (Offered Mondays/Thursdays): Enhance your running performance with total body strength training.
- 1:1 Personal Training (Offered M-F): Receive personalized guidance to achieve your goals.
Outdoor Run Class Formats:
- Social Runs: Offered Tuesdays and Saturdays
Come join us for our FREE Social Run Club! We meet every Tuesday night at 6 PM at Twenty One Run to run the JRP, and every Saturday mornings at 7:30 AM (varying locations, posted on our Social Media). This is a great way to run with other people and get outside! ALL paces and distances are welcome!(We do offer indoor options throughout the winter, where paying members can book a treadmill)
What to Expect:
Dynamic Warm-Up (10 minutes).
Start with a full-body warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout ahead. We'll focus on dynamic stretches and light jogging to get your heart rate up and your body ready.
Interval Training (40 minutes).
The core of our class features a series of moderate to intense speed intervals and hills, alternated with periods of active recovery. Push your limits with longer running segments, high intensity intervals, hill intervals, and then catch your breath with moderate-paced recovery jogs or walks. Expect a variety of interval patterns to keep things exciting and to target different fitness goals.
Cool Down & Stretch (10 minutes).
Finish strong with a cooldown that includes guided stretching to help with recovery and flexibility. We'll focus on relieving tension and enhancing mobility to ensure you leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
